In ODS, Partner references can be entered manually for customers and vendors, without automatic generation or hierarchical structure.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
In CLuedoo, Partner references are generated automatically, and a partner hierarchy view is provided to clearly differentiate and manage customers, vendors, and general contacts.
CUSTOMERSGo to Sales > Create New Customer > Reference is automatically generated with prefix C and 5 subsequent digits. |

VENDORSGo to Purchase > Create New Vendor > Reference is automatically generated with prefix S and 5 subsequent digits. |

GENERAL CONTACTSGo to Contacts > Create New Contact > Reference is automatically generated with prefix N and 5 subsequent digits. |

The code can also be filter in the list view of the Contacts. |
