Odoo Implementation
Phase 1: Odoo Quickstart
Our first goal is to implement Odoo or Cluedoo Standard for your business in 3 - 4 months up to GoLive.
Our focus is to get you acquainted with all of the most important base apps and features to get your business running smoothly from the start, ranging from HR, Accounting, Timesheets, CRM, and much more. Once you have a solid understanding, we can launch your GoLive quickly and seamlessly.

后续阶段，我们将基于Cluedoo扩展模块套件及迭代式演进路线图，分阶段推进Odoo系统高级功能部署。
我们将从Cluedoo定制模块库中精准遴选适配您企业级业务流程特征的模块，为贵司打造高效能Odoo系统。
此外，我们还将实施第一阶段尚未实施的 Odoo 标准应用程序。在充分熟悉 Odoo 之后，本流程旨在帮助更好地发展贵公司的企业资源规划结构，而不会使流程不堪重负。
Phase 2: Continuous improvement
Afterwards, we will implement advanced features in Odoo with Cluedoo modules and a Cluedoo Roadmap.
Our custom Cluedoo modules will be chosen and implemented based on. your business's specific needs. Adding these modules will create the most efficient Odoo system for your company.
In addition, we will implement Odoo Standard apps that were not yet implemented in Phase 1. After being well acquainted with Odoo already, this process is designed to help better develop your company's ERP structure without overwhelming the process.
