ODOO'S FUNCTION

In ODS, Partner references can be entered manually for customers and vendors, without automatic generation or hierarchical structure.


CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

In CLuedoo, Partner references are generated automatically, and a partner hierarchy view is provided to clearly differentiate and manage customers, vendors, and general contacts.


CUSTOMERS

Go to Sales > Create a new Customer > Reference is automatically generated with prefix C and 5 subsequent digits.

VENDORS

Go to Purchase > Create a new Vendor > Reference is automatically generated with prefix S and 5 subsequent digits.

GENERAL CONTACTS

Go to Contacts > Create a new Contact > Reference is automatically generated with prefix N and 5 subsequent digits.

The code can also be filter in the list view of the Contacts.

Hierarchy view based on parent company is shown in Customers, Vendors, Contacts.

Note: When selecting a vendor in the pricelist, the vendor reference will also be displayed for easier identification and comparison.
