ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo allows the creation of Bills of Materials (BoMs) to manage production processes but does not provide functionality for using BoM templates to generate specific BoMs based on attributes.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo introduces BoM templates, enabling users to create a generic BoM and generate multiple specific BoMs based on attribute values. This simplifies BoM management and ensures accuracy in production orders.
1. Create a Bill of Materials (BoM) template by enabling Is Template, then click on Create Real BoM. Now we have one BoM template and several BoMs depending on the attribute value. Note: Please refer to the module BoM Template on Product Template to understand how to use the module. |   |
2. When we create a production order, we can only use the real BoMs; the BoM template will not appear. |   |
