Odoo proposes an advanced CRM / messaging and email alias to create new objects in the system without connecting to Odoo. Meanwhile, this powerful engine is not yet used to log notes nor save history to an opportunity record.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS

Cluedoo extends this engine to put an automatic alias on partner, as we have on the project or helpdesk team, such as:

<Internal_reference>@<your_domain>.com

When you write to this alias, it will automatically log a note on the related partner.

On Calendar, we can set an Email Alias under a Meeting Subject.

Write an email to the Email Alias.
