ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
Odoo allows you to create Bills of Materials (BOM) but does not provide fields for adding descriptions or notes at the BOM line level, limiting detailed documentation.

We have additional columns on BoM > Components: Description and Notes.

Under Display menu in BoM overview, 'Description' and 'Notes' are separate options
