ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo's Appraisals application allows for customizable performance reviews with both manager and self-assessments. However, when an appraisal identifies a need for development, there is no direct action within the form itself to formally request or propose a specific training for the employee.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances the employee appraisal process by introducing:
1️⃣ A new "Training Request" field directly within the Appraisal form.
2️⃣ The ability to create a direct link between a performance review and a specific training need.
This allows users to make appraisals more actionable, ensuring that identified skill gaps can be immediately addressed with a formal training suggestion, thus streamlining employee development.
1. Go to Appraisals > Create New Training Request, fill all information there |  |
2. Update stage of Training Request also you can see the stage from list view |   |
3. Configuration > Training Category > New Training Request automatically created in Training Category |  |
4. In Appraisal form > go to Trainings tab > New Training Request automatically linked |  |
