ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, when creating an employee from the Recruitment application, Odoo will automatically assign the applicant's private email as the name in the work_contact_id field.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances this process by:
1️⃣ Using the applicant’s name (instead of their private email) in the work_contact_id field.
2️⃣ Automatically linking the associated company for better contact management.
1. Go to Recruitment > All Applications > Create a new applicant and fill in the necessary information |  |
2. Set the status to Contract Signed and then Create Employee |  |
3. The Work Contact will be created automatically, and the display name will be [Company's name, Applicant's name] |  |
The Company is also linked to Work Contact. |  |
