ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, Documents app can centralize files from various applications like Product, HR, and Accounting. However, this functionality does not natively extend to documents attached to CRM Opportunities, leaving important sales-related files disconnected from this central system.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances document management for the sales pipeline by introducing:
1️⃣ Direct synchronization of all documents and attachments from a CRM Opportunity to the central Documents app.
2️⃣ Automatic organization of these files into a structured, shared workspace for the sales team.
This allows sales teams to efficiently track all their relevant files, ensuring every document is available and fully managed in one central location.
1. Go to Settings > Enable Opportunity in Files Centralization > fill in Workspace and Default Tags. |  |
2. Go to CRM > Create new or choose an Opportunity > Attach your document |   |
3. The Opportunity's uploaded document is located in the location specified in the Settings on the Documents app. |  |
