ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, Documents app centralizes files from the main HR application, it does not natively synchronize documents attached to specific entries within the Employee Skills section (e.g., certificates, licenses). These files remain isolated within individual skill records, making them hard to manage centrally.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances the management of employee competency documents by introducing:
1️⃣ Direct synchronization of attachments from Employee Skills entries to the central Documents app.
2️⃣ Automatic and structured filing of these documents within each employee's record.
This allows HR teams to fully manage and centralize all employee qualifications and certifications in one place, simplifying skills tracking and compliance verification.
1. Go to Settings > Enable HR Skill Centralization > fill in Workspace and Default Tags. |  |

3. Go to Documents > You can see your file in your selected location. |  |
