Odoo proposed to manage Paid Time-off but does not propose solution for creating provision cost.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo helps to make paid leave provision for all company's employees. This module will be beneficial mostly for accountants. In addition, if any changes are made, it would be easy to reserve and automatically provide new provision entry.

It is required for classic bookkeeping. Moreover, it's easier to manage paid time-off provision.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE?

On Time-off/ Configuration/ Time-off Type, config the required information as shown in picture.

It is important to config the Time-off Product so that the provision will be calculated accordingly.

On Accounting/ Journal Entries, the provision is:
- created by scheduled action "Schedule Journal Entries"
- calculated based on Product's sales price and number of remaining hours of paid time off.

In case user need to modify on Time-off, this entry will be reversed and a new provision entry will be created.
