ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, there is no mechanism to differentiate pricelists intended for sales from those for other purposes (e.g., subscription...). As a result, all pricelists are available for selection on Sales Orders and customer forms, creating a high risk of users assigning incorrect pricelists, which can lead to pricing errors.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances pricelist management and accuracy by introducing:
1️⃣ A 'Sale Pricelist' checkbox to specifically designate pricelists for sales-related transactions.
2️⃣ A restriction on the Customer form, allowing only those marked as a 'Sale Pricelist' to be assigned.
3️⃣ A filter in Sales Orders that limits the selection to only designated 'Sale Pricelists'.
This allows users to confidently assign the correct pricelists for sales, preventing pricing errors and making the entire order creation process more efficient and reliable.
1. On Sales ➔ Products ➔ Pricelist, we can set a specific pricelist to be used only for Sales by checking the check box Sale Order. |  |
2. On Customer, when we set the pricelist for a customer, we can only select the pricelists which belong to Sale Pricelists. |  |
