Odoo does not allow you to continue a conversation with a customer on WhatsApp after 24 hours.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo facilitates this restriction by allowing you to re-initiate expired WhatsApp conversations directly in the Discuss app. Using approved WhatsApp templates, you can: Send a pre-defined message to reopen communication with customers after 24 hours.
1. Go to Discuss > WhatsApp channel > Reinitiate Conversation button. |  |
2. Click on Send Message to send a WhatsApp template to the client. |  |
