ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, there is no built-in scheduled action to automatically send a monthly email with the total number of users and the list of installed modules.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo introduces a scheduled action that automatically sends a monthly email to [email protected] containing:
1️⃣ The total number of users in the system.
2️⃣ The list of installed modules with their technical names.
This feature eliminates manual tracking by ensuring the system periodically compiles and sends the required information. The scheduled action is configured to run automatically on the predefined day of each month, providing up-to-date system insights to the Cluedoo licensing team.
1. Go to Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions > Search for Fal Subscriptions: Update CLuedoo Module Installed and Users > Run Manually |  |
2. Go to Settings > Technical > Email > Emails and check if you received the subscription notification email |  |
The email will include information about the total number of users for the month and a list of modules |   |
3. Head to Settings > Users & Companies > Users and check if the email has the correct number of users |  |
