The CLuedoo solution provides more control by creating three separate "slots" for analytic tracking, ensuring the right costs hit the right departments or projects.
- Fixed Asset Balance Sheet AD - for asset account entries
- Depreciation Account AD - for accumulated depreciation entries
- Expense Account AD - for depreciation expense entries

CONFIGURATIONCreate an asset and set up its Accounts and Analytic Distributions based on each account type. |  |
USAGE1. Asset Confirmation & Depreciation Computation Click on Confirm or Compute Depreciation button. |  |
Under the Depreciation Board, access the Journal Entries > Asset Analytic is automatically distributed to appropriate Asset Account. |  |
2. Depreciation Modification Click on Modify Depreciation button. |

2.1. Modify Asset: Disposal When an asset is broken or no longer useful and has no resale value. |

2.2. Modify Asset: Sales When you sell the asset to a customer. |
|
2.3. Modify Asset: Re-evaluate When the market value of the asset changes. |

Note: Asset cancellation will cancel and delete all the related Journal Entries. |
