ODOO'S FUNCTION
The standard Odoo platform lacks analytic distribution functionality, preventing users from allocating costs and revenues to specific analytical dimensions directly from product configurations.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo significantly extends Odoo's capabilities by introducing comprehensive analytic distribution features.
1. Go to Accounting > Configuration > Analytic Accounting: Analytic Distribution Models Choose a Journal Items that you want to reconcile> Reconcile |  |
2. Set up based on your requirement and it have to be corresponded with all conditions (partner,product template,product) > then auto Analytic Distribution will be filled when create SO/PO/Invoice/Bills |  |
There're all conditions based on your setup 1. If the field product template is filled and the field product is filled, then the field product should be removed only if the field product is not in variant of product template 2. If the field product template is not filled and the field product is filled, then the field product template must be related of product template in product variant 3. If the field product template is filled and the field product is not filled, then the domain field product just shows variant of product template 4. If the product template is filled but the product is not filled, the analytic distribution record will be called to all variants (all partners) 5. If the product template is filled and the product is filled, the analytic distribution record remains as intended. (all partners) 6. If the partner is set and the product template filled but the product is not filled, the ad will be called to all variants (exact partner) 7. If the partner is set and the product template is filled and the product is filled, the analytic distribution record remains as intended. (exact partner) |  |
