HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

1.

Go to Purchase > Create a new Purchase Order and fill in the necessary information > Confirm 
2.

Go to Receipt > Input the received quantity > Validate
3.

The Ongoing quantity and Progress (%) will be automatically calculated.

Note:
  • Ongoing Qty = Ordered Quantity - Received Quantity 
  •  Progress (Qty Fulfillment) (%) = (Received Quantity / Order Quantity) * 100
  • Ongoing quantity and Progress (%) are read-only fields, and users cannot manually edit these fields.
