ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo allows you to link a profile to a user. It also allows you to link two addresses (working and private) per employee without any integration between these 3 potential profiles and/or addresses.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances the Employees app by introducing additional personal information fields, allowing companies to store more detailed and structured data for each employee. This improvement provides better visibility, more complete employee profiles, and supports richer HR processes without customizing Odoo’s core.
1. Go to Employees → New to create a new one Input the Last Name and the First Name, the employee's full name will be automatically generated |  |
2. Under the Work tab → Work Period section, set the Arrival Date and the Working Experience (time worked in the company) will be automatically adjusted. |  |
3. Under the Personal tab → Personal Information, if you set the Date of Birth, your age will be automatically calculated. |  |
4. We have a Family Member section with information to fill out such as Name, Address, Phone, and Relation with the employee. |  |
You can also set the Alternative Contact. |  |
