ODOO'S FUNCTION
By default, Odoo provides only a single lock date for accounting entries and does not offer a dedicated lock mechanism for expenses. This limitation can be particularly restrictive as it reduces flexibility in managing records.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo extends the "Account Period Lock" feature and enhances flexibility by allowing users to lock expense periods based on specific timeframes, such as monthly or 3-month periods. This feature also enables users to set distinct lock gap days for employees and managers.
This module enables the differentiation between accounting period lock and HR period lock, offering different lock gap days for different user roles.
