ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo does not manage Sales Agreements. Deliveries can only be created from confirmed Sales Orders, so it is not possible to record or track stock movements for consigned or pre-positioned goods at the customer’s location without generating a Sales Order.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo introduces Sales Agreements and allows creating Delivery Outs directly from the agreement. This supports consignment or stock-at-customer scenarios, where goods can be delivered to the customer’s location in advance (ownership still yours) under a long-term contract, ensuring accurate stock tracking and contract-level control without requiring a Sales Order.
Go to Sales > Orders > Blanket Orders > Create a new blanket order and fill in all the neceesary information > Confirm > A Delivery Out will automatically be generated. |  |
