In Odoo, we can't really know when a lot/serial number is last used.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo provides information on the usage history of lot/serial numbers, allowing users to determine their active status.
1. Create Transfer and add products tracked by the lots/serial number, then we validate them. |  |

2 In Lots/Serial Number, we can find the information of when this lots/serial number was last moved/used. |  |
