In Odoo, when cancelling a Sale Order created in CRM, there is no pop-up or prompt to specify the reason for cancellation. As a result, the cancellation reasons are not captured systematically, limiting insight into lost opportunities.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo improves this by introducing a pop-up that appears when cancelling a Sale Order in CRM, prompting the user to select a cancellation reason and optionally add notes. This feature enables systematic tracking and analysis of lost sales, helping businesses better understand cancellation causes and improve sales strategies.
