ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, when you change the product in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) line, it will overwrite all the information you already manually wrote.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
1️⃣ Keep the purchase line details (description, quantity, unit price, discount) unchanged when modifying the product or quantity.
2️⃣ The Update Prices button has two functions:
- It updates the unit price according to the vendor pricelist when clicked (other fields remain unchanged).
- If you change the product and want to apply the new product’s price, use the same “Update Prices” button to refresh the unit price accordingly (other fields remain unchanged).
CHANGE PRODUCTS1Go to Purchase → Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Create new RFQ. Pick a Vendor. Add Product and fill in all the needed fields.
