ODOO'S FUNCTION
In standard Odoo, users can only copy the planning schedule from the immediate previous week. This native limitation becomes highly inconvenient for organizations that operate on multi-week rotations or need to duplicate historical shift patterns from two, three, or more weeks ago.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances the system by introducing a flexible planning replication workflow. Instead of being locked into just the prior week, users can freely copy schedules from any number of previous weeks back. This optimization eliminates the need to rebuild historical shift templates manually, saving planning managers significant time and effort.
Odoo behavior
In Odoo, users can only copy one previous week only, which can be inconvenient for those who want to copy planning from two or more weeks ago.
Cluedoo behavior
CLuedoo provides an option for users to copy planning freely from any number of previous weeks as needed.

Install on 100% of your database.
Want to get Clued into Cluedoo?
1. For example, I want to copy the planning from the period April 20–26 2025 (Week 17 of 2025). |

2. The current week is Week 20 of 2025, which means the week I want to copy is 3 weeks prior |

3. Click the arrow button next to the 'Publish' button, then select 'Copy previous week' |

4. Enter the number of weeks you want to copy from. In this case, I enter '3' |  |
Result: The planning from 3 weeks ago is copied successfully |  |
Note: It is not possible to copy from the same week more than once, even if the planning has been deleted
