ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, while users can add notes to sales or purchase order lines, this process is entirely manual for each transaction. There is no functionality to pre-define a standard note on a product and have it automatically populate, leading to repetitive data entry and inconsistencies.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances the efficiency of adding product notes to orders by introducing:
1️⃣ A 'Note' field on the Product form where standard information can be pre-defined.
2️⃣ The automatic population of this note onto order lines when the product is selected in a Sales or Purchase Order.
This allows users to ensure consistent and important information, like special instructions or promotional details, is automatically included in every transaction, saving time and reducing manual effort.
1. Go to Product, choose a product to modify. On tab Sales, field "Notes Sales" user can freely add necessary information On tab Purchase, field "Notes Purchase", user can also add note on "Notes Purchase". |   |
