ODOO'S FUNCTION

Odoo allows mass updating product images, but only when applying the same image to multiple products at once.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo supports mass importing product images via CSV where each product or variant can receive its own individual image.


1. Go to Website > Image Uploader > Upload Images 

In Select Entity, choose an option:

  • Product with Main image
  • Product with Multi image

Upload your file or use the sample file that we provided > Upload Now

Note: Since v19, the function moved to Inventory > Products

2. Go to Image Uploader > History > From here, you can check whether the file is successfully applied, and all the data details.

For example, I upload a photo for product Individual Workplace

Note: Make sure the ID in the CSV file is the same as the ID of the product you want to upload photo to

How to check: go to the product > click the bug icon > Metadata > check the XML ID

PRODUCT WITH MAIN IMAGE

Open the product(s) you just uploaded photos for, and you’ll see that each product’s image has been updated.

PRODUCT WITH MULTI IMAGE

Open the product(s) you just uploaded photos for, and you will see that the product's eCommerce Media have been updated.
