ODOO'S FUNCTION

In Odoo standard, the Moves Analysis displays a Quantity column that tracks inventory movements. Incoming quantities are shown in green, and outgoing quantities are also shown in red without a clear sign.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo enhances the Moves Analysis by introducing:
1️⃣ A new "Quantity with Sign" column that clearly shows a minus sign for outgoing inventory, making it easier to distinguish between inbound and outbound movements.

2️⃣ An action to calculate and reorder old lines, which is especially useful for clients who had existing quantity balance records before installing the module. This ensures historical data consistency and clarity.

1. Go to Inventory > Reporting > Moves Analysis. 

Access list view and we have a Quantity with sign field.  

Notes: 
  • Incoming quantities are shown in green
  • Outgoing quantities are shown in red with minus sign "-"

 
  • For internal transfers, the quantity is shown as zero, matching the actual inventory effect.

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS
  • When the move is from Inventory Adjustment to WH/Stock (virtual to internal location), the quantity is recorded as positive (green).

  • When the move is from WH/Stock to In ventory Adjustment (internal location to virtual), the quantity is recorded as negative.

2. A server action Recompute Quantity Sign has also been added to calculate and reorder existing quantity records.
