ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo Helpdesk, MRP, and Repairs are not fully connected. You must manually trace the product from the ticket. No automatic way to fetch related MOs or initialize a repair from Helpdesk.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo provides detailed MRP Information in the Helpdesk for products with the tracking method we want to repair.
1. Go to Helpdesk > Helpdesk Teams > Create new or choose an existing one > Check Repairs under After-Sales | ![]() |
2. Create a Sales Order and make sure the Product has its Routes set to MTO and Manufacturing, and it's tracked By Unique Serial Number > Confirm | ![]() |
3. Click Delivery > Assign SN for the product > Validate | ![]() |
4. Go to the MO > Generate Lot/SN > Produce | ![]() |
5. Go to Helpdesk > Tickets > Create a new ticket > Choose the Helpdesk Team that was set up before, the Customer, Product, and Lot/Serial Number e.g. Here I choose the SN of the MO that I just produced | ![]() |
6. All the information about the Manufacturing Order will be automatically filled | ![]() |
7. Change the Quantity to Repair > Repair > Fill in the information > Confirm Repair | ![]() |
8. From there, you can Start Repair > End Repair | ![]() ![]() |
