CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhancement allows users to mark pricelists as dedicated, ensuring exclusive pricing and conditions for individual customers. With this feature, businesses gain greater control over pricing strategies, offering personalized pricing while maintaining clarity and consistency in operations.
PRICELIST TEMPLATE1. Go to Sales > Products > Pricelist Template. Create a new pricelist template by clicking on New. |  |
2. Fill in the details. Make sure checkbox Pricelist Template is checked. Create a pricelist from this template. |  |
3. A new pricelist will be created with the exact information inherited from template. Users can create as many price lists as they need. |  |
PRICELIST DOMAINPricelist Domain is configured for each Pricelist in the Pricelist Domain tab. Users can define as many rules as possible. After configuring the Pricelist Domain, this particular pricelist will only be available for the records shown (i.e: 6 records). |  |
PRICELIST FOR CONTACT1. Users can also create a dedicated pricelist for a contact by going to Contacts > Select the desired contact > Actions > Create Pricelist. |  |
2. Select a pricelist template to create a pricelist for the contact. |  |
3. Once created, the pricelist will be set as the default pricelist for the contact. |  |
