Odoo allows you to centralize documents attached to the Product, Project, HR, and Accounting apps.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo extends this feature and lets you centralize and synchronize all your documents of Partner to the Documents app.
It will be more convenient and easy to manage by using tags to categorize your document.
By this extension, you can fully manage your document in one place.
1. On Settings -> File Centralization, configure the location that you want the uploaded file to be saved. Tags can also be created to better manage the file. |  |
2. On Contacts, choose a ticket, then upload a necessary document. |  |
3. On Documents, the uploaded file from Contacts can be found in the location you designated in Settings (Step 1). |  |
