ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo has SMS function but we can't change the Phone number value.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo offers additional field in SMS template which gives us the possibility to modify which field we want to take as the SMS phone number.
Go to Settings > Technical > SMS Templates and we have an additional field To. Set a field in the To field In this case I use mobile which is from contact field Mobile. |   |
Go to Settings to set which SMS Template we want to use at which time. Here I use SMS when the delivery is done. Note: in V19, the settings is called Text Confirmation, under the Shipping section. When the delivery is done, the SMS is sent and the Phone Number is from the Mobile field in the contact. |    |
