We are looking for a functional project manager with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. Upon completion of your Odoo training, you will be responsible for managing your projects from start to finish, including design, implementation, configuration, and customization. You will participate in defining the solution architecture by working closely with our expert architect. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success within given timelines and budgets.

- Supervise functional analysts and developers to ensure that solutions are developed in accordance with specifications, standards, and best practices, taking into account expected delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Odoo projects, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery.
- Participate in the development of proposed solution architectures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and translate these requirements into clear functional specifications for internal teams.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with clients to present and report on project progress and ongoing issues.
- Supervise functional analysts and developers to ensure that solutions are developed in accordance with specifications, standards, and best practices, taking into account expected delivery timelines.
- Coordinate testing and code reviews and ensure that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
- Manage scope changes and priorities.
- Actively participate in process and practice improvement to ensure superior quality delivery.
Requirements
- Work experience (4 years or more) as a functional project manager with strong project and deadline management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, organization, resource management, and problem solving.
- Advanced teamwork and supervisory skills.
- Master's degree or equivalent in project management, information systems management, computer science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Extra skills
- Previous experience in implementing Odoo or similar ERP projects is a plus but not necessary.
- Functional and business knowledge such as sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and payroll management.
- Additional technical skills such as knowledge of Python and XML languages.
