ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo does not provide a Sales Agreement. It only offers a Purchase Agreement, which is used to manage procurement contracts, streamline purchasing processes, and consolidate multiple purchase orders under predefined terms.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo develops Sales Agreements, which serves as a mirror of the Purchase Agreements, helping businesses standardize their sales processes, streamline contract management, and enhance efficiency in long-term customer agreements. Additionally, it introduces an extended feature: Sales Agreement Template, allowing users to quickly and effortlessly create sales agreements with information automatically inherited from the template.
1. Go to Sales > Configuration > Sale Orders > Sales Agreement Template > Create a new template |  |
2. Fill all the necessary fields, such as Sales Representative, Agreement Type, and Lines of products. |  |
3. Create a new Blanket Order with this template > All information will be automatically filled > Confirm |   |
4. Create New Quotation > All information of the quotation will be inherited from the Blanket Order. |    |
Note: If you want the quotations to take the Quantity from the Sales Agreement Template, remember to select Use quanitites of agreement in Agreement Type |  |
