ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, when you change the product variant in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) line, it will overwrite all the information you have already manually written.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
With CLuedoo, when creating a Request for Quotation (RFQ), changing the product variant will no longer overwrite the existing description or unit price. Instead, the original values are preserved.
1. Create a product and add its variants under the Attributes & Variants tab |  |
2. Create a Purchase Order and add the product > Choose one of the variants e.g., I choose size XS, Strawberry |  |
3. Change to another variant with a different price > Confirm e.g., Size S, Orange |  |
The fields Description and Unit Price remain the same as the old variant |  |
