ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, for "service" type products, when the status of a purchase order is locked, the received quantity becomes non-editable.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
In CLuedoo, if a purchase order is locked and the product type is service with Invoicing Policy = Based on Delivered Quantity (Manual), the received quantity can be modified. However, if the product type is not "service", the received quantity becomes non-editable when the purchase order is locked.
Create a service product. Please note the received quantity can only be changed after locking the Purchase Order when the Invoicing Policy is set to Based on Delivered Quantity (Manual). |  |
Go to Settings > Purchases > Orders > Tick Lock Confirmed Orders > Save |  |
Create a Purchase Order > Confirm Order > PO is locked, but we can still edit the Received quantity column |  |
