ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
Odoo proposes an advanced CRM / messaging and email alias to create new objects in the system without connecting to Odoo. Meanwhile, this powerful engine is not yet used to log notes nor save history to an opportunity record.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
Cluedoo extends this engine to put an automatic alias on sales, as we have on the project or helpdesk team, such as:
<Internal_reference>@<your_domain>.com
When you write to this alias, it will automatically log a note on the sales order.

Gives the possibility to keep all the history relating to a specific opportunity in Odoo easily via email.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

On a CRM Opportunity, we can set an Email Alias.

Write an email to the Email Alias.
3. This will log a note on the opportunity.
