ODOO BEHAVIOUR
In Odoo, the Employees app allows assigning managers from different companies. In the Appraisals app, when an employee requests an appraisal, their assigned manager from the employee form is automatically transferred to the "Manager" field. However, if additional managers need to be selected for the appraisal, all managers must belong to the same company, restricting cross-company manager selection.

1. Select the companies with the employee and the managers that you would like to choose for the appraisal |

2. Go to Employees > Choose an employee > Request Appraisal |

You will see the employee's manager has been inherited to Appraisals (e.g. zxcv asdf) and the employee's company is abcd, but you can also choose a manager from a different company (e.g. Adrian Voo from My UK Company) |
