ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, when an email is sent, it is delivered to all record followers except the sender. The sender does not receive a copy of the email.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
With CLuedoo, a new option has been added to the Email Template: a checkbox labeled "Send to Sender". When this option is enabled, the sender will also receive the email, along with all other followers. This provides better visibility and tracking for the person initiating the email.
1. Go to Settings > Technical > Email > Outgoing Mail Servers > Make sure you already set up a server

2. Create or choose an existing Email Template > Checkbox Send to Sender > Save e.g., I choose Purchase: Request For Quotation

3. Remember to add an email to the sender's contact |  |
4. Create a Purchase Order > Fill in the necessary information > Send by Email > Send |   |
5. After the RFQ has been sent |  |
Both the followers and the sender will receive the email |  |
