ODOO'S FUNCTION

In Odoo, there is no Analytic Distribution from Purchase Order (PO) level which then propagate to Purchase Order Lines (POL).

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo enhances the process by 

1️⃣ Add a new field: Analytic Distribution on the PO level and propagate to POL

2️⃣ Have one field Project Account (project_account_id) in PO

3️⃣ Auto-fill in Project (project_id) and Project Account (project_account_id) if the Analytic Account links with a project.



When the Analytic Distribution is filled,

  • Project Account (project_account_id) will be taken from Project Analytic
  • Project (project_id) will be the project which links with the analytic account
  • Analytic Distribution in POL will be propagated from Analytic Distribution

NOTE

  • If the analytic account doesn't linked to any project, The Project field or Project Account field will be empty.

  • The Analytic Distribution should be editable in draft state only. If the Purchase Order is confirmed, we should not be able to edit in mass and should use the button "update analytic" - another cluedoo module named fal_analytic_line_type.
