ODOO'S FUNCTION
When Purchase Orders are generated from Sales Orders for products of type Service, Odoo automatically merges Purchase Orders originating from different Sales Orders into a single Purchase Order.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
With this module, Purchase Orders generated from Sales Orders can be kept separate, preventing the system from grouping them together.
1. Go to a Product Category > We can choose Service Procured Purchase Grouping: No Grouping |  |
2. In the Purchase tab of the Product Template, there is a Subcontract Service option. When this option is used, each Sales Order will generate or be linked to a corresponding Purchase Order. |  |
3. Create a Sales Order and select the product. When the Sales Order is confirmed, a Purchase Order is created. Regardless of how many Sales Orders are confirmed, even if the service product has the same vendor, the system will always create a new Purchase Order. |  |
