ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo allows you to manage mailing lists and send mass emails or SMS to clients. However, it does not support sending mass WhatsApp messages.

Cluedoo extends this functionality by enabling mass WhatsApp messaging directly within Odoo. You can send personalized messages to multiple clients or mailing lists using templates with dynamic fields.
With this extension, all communication, including WhatsApp, is centralized in Odoo, making it easier to manage campaigns and track client interactions.
By integrating WhatsApp as a native channel, Cluedoo ensures real-time, personalized communication while keeping everything in one platform for maximum convenience.
1. Go to WhatsApp > Mass Whatsapp button. |  |
2. Set up - Name - Sending rules on Domain depending the needs - Approved Whatsapp template |  |
3. Click on Send Mass Message to send mass WhatsApp messages to multiple recipients. |  |
