ODOO'S FUNCTION

In Odoo, documents uploaded to an employee's appraisal form are stored exclusively within that specific record. They do not automatically sync with the main employee document system, requiring HR managers to manually download and re-upload them for proper, centralized record-keeping.


CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

Cluedoo enhances HR document management for employee appraisals by introducing: 

1️⃣ A feature to directly synchronize documents from an employee's appraisal record to the central Documents application.

2️⃣ Automatic and correct filing of the synchronized documents within the employee's designated document workspace.

This allows users to centralize all important appraisal-related files with a single action, creating a complete and easily accessible document history for each employee and significantly improving HR workflow efficiency.


1. Go to Settings > Checked this box Document Centralization - Appraisal.

From V18 & V19

You can choose the Documents workspace for centralizing files

NOTE: you have to check box Human Resources too



2. Go to Appraisal > Choose Employee which you want to sync doc > Add attachment

3. Go to Document > Check that attachment auto sync to Documents
