ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo supports multi-currency by letting you record transactions in different currencies. However, in sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and bills, the total is only displayed in the document currency. The company currency total is kept in the background for accounting purposes, but not shown directly on the order form.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
1️⃣ Group Currency Conversion: Automatically convert all transactions (sales orders, purchase orders, vendor bills, customer invoices, and journal items) into both company currency and IFRS group currency.
2️⃣ Daily Exchange Rate Application: Uses the daily rate to ensure accurate and up-to-date conversion.
3️⃣ Multi-level Reporting: Pivot view displays quotation in 3 currencies — transaction currency, company currency, and group (IFRS) currency totals.
1. On the Company Settings, we can set the IFRS Currency (Group Currency) and this can be different from the Company Currency |  |
2. On a Journal Entry, 2 sections for the Company Currency and IFRS Currency will be added |  |
3. If you are working on an old journal entry and want to update the IFRS Currency based on the latest rate > click on Actions > Recompute IFRS The IFRS amount will be updated |   |
