ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo allows users to Reset to draft journal entries to draft, which is useful for making corrections. However, by default, this access is granted to all users with the "Adviser" role, posing potential risks for uncontrolled edits to accounting records.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo introduces a dedicated access right to control who can perform the "Reset to Draft" action. This adds a critical layer of security and accountability in your financial processes.
1. On a User, we can give or remove the access right Accounting Reset To Draft Access for a journal entry. |  |
2. If the User has the access right, they will have the option to Reset to Draft on the invoice. |

3. If the access right is taken out, the user cannot reset the invoice to draft. |  |
