ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo's Rental app, a quotation is treated as a single document. While its status is tracked, there is no native feature for versioning. When a rental quotation is modified after being sent, the previous version is overwritten, making it difficult to track changes or refer back to earlier proposals.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances the rental quotation process by introducing:
\t1️⃣ A "Revise Quotation" button that becomes available on rental orders after they are sent to the customer.
\t2️⃣ A versioning system that creates a new iteration of the quotation for editing, while saving the history of all previous versions.
This allows users to accurately track all changes during negotiations, maintain a clear history, and avoid confusion over which version of the rental agreement was confirmed.

2. Revise Quotation button will appear after we send the email. After we click on revise, new sales quotation will be created but still with the same sequence. The old one will be archived and have the sequence name plus the v1 and the v1 will be continue v2,v3 and so on if we keep revising the quotation. |      |
