Odoo proposes to cancel a quotation without tracking the reasons why.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo proposes:
1. To make a difference between "cancel" and "lost"
2. To track the reason behind a cancellation in order to analyze the lost quotations and define some trends and KPIs.
1 Create a quotation and cancel the quotation. It will show the wizard to provide the cancel reason, as well as any notes you may have. The cancel reason will be tracked on messaging.

2 Click "Lost" on a quotation. It will show the wizard to provide the lost reason, as well as any notes you may have. The lost reason will be tracked on messaging. Lost button will only appear before the order is confirmed.
