ODOO'S BEHAVIOR
Odoo proposes to cancel a quotation without tracking the reasons why. Rental orders don’t have a "Lost" option to mark quotations as lost instead of just cancelled, which makes it hard to understand why deals are lost or closed.
CLUEDOO'S BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo proposes to make a difference between "cancel" and "lost" and to track the reason behind a cancellation in order to analyze the lost quotations and define some trends and KPIs.
1 Create Rental Order. Send By email. After that, you will see button Cancel and Lost.

2. We can cancel the rental order. And there will be pop up wizard.

3 We can also set it back to quotation and then send by email again. Click on Lost. The "Lost" pop up wizard will appear. And we have the Banner Lost.
