HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?
Purchase User
Create an RFQ with unqualified partner. When the user confirm the RFQ, it will move the state to "To Approve"
Purchase Manager
Click "Approve Order" button to confirm the purchase order.
Manager can confirm sale order without any restriction.
Manager is also able to confirm quotation to purchase order with unqualified partner
