ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo proposes note on sales order and in sales order line but does not propose an engine to manage pre-can comment. You can have a general default, a default by quotation template but not an engine to select the comment you need.

by crossing the notion of product and customer, you can really make Tailor-made communication with the customer by using the same product and same catalog with all the customers.
