ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, there is no dedicated Repair button after the manufacturing order is done, which means users cannot make a repair order after the manufacturing order is completed.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo's module introduces a Repair button, which allows users to create and manage repair orders directly from done manufacturing orders, automatically linking the product and lot/serial information if any.
1. Go to Manufacturing app > Operations > Manufacturing Orders > Create a new manufacturing order > Generate Lot/SN (if any), then confirm and produce. Once the manufacturing order is marked as Done, the Repair button will become available. |  |
2. Click "Repair" to access the Repair Order > The "Product to Repair" and the "Lot/Serial Number" will be automatically inherited from the Manufacturing Order > Fill necessary information then Confirm Repair > Start Repair > End Repair |  |
